Service Description

Introduction to mindfulness practice. Experience the power to destress, relax, and reenergize. Ideal for small groups with minimum of 8 up to 20 (max. 25) participants. The length of the session is 1 hour. An experienced mindfulness meditation teacher will facilitate the session.
