Feb. 25: the nuts-and-bolts of meditation practice".

March 4, “Multiple ways to practice mindfulness”: There are plenty of ways to practice mindfulness. This session will introduce different ways to incorporate mindfulness practice into your daily life.

March 18,  “How to mindfully relate to the Corona virus public health crisis 1”: Do you feel germophobic or somewhat overwhelmed and fearful that you or a loved one may get sick? Explore practices to keep you grounded and okay in times of uncertainty. In this session we will explore how we can use mindfulness to relate in meaningful ways to the unfolding Corona virus public health crisis.

March 25, “Corona Mind Zoom 2”: A continuation of the previous “How to mindfully relate to the Corona virus public health crisis” session.

April 1, “Corona Mind Zoom 3”: The third session of the Mindzoom series dedicated to the Corona virus pandemic.

April 8, “Corona Mind Zoom 4: Compassion practice”:
Compassion is an essential skill that can be reinforced through practice.  This session will focus on opening our hearts towards ourselves and others. 

April 22, “Corona Mind Zoom 5: Let go of stress and anxiety”:
When you’re feeling anxious or stressed, mindfulness practice can help you cope. This session will teach you how to relax when you need it most.
