8. EXERCISE AT YOUR DESK

Even if you are too #busy with the job at hand, you can always take a few seconds to perform some simple desk exercises. This includes stretching arms and legs, rolling shoulders and steeping softly in place, standing up to get the blood flowing in your extremities. Exercising at your desk will also relax your body and help you to feel better, and more alive.
